paint the town: a Mural INITIATIVE (2014-PRESENT)

Since 2014, K-FEST has invited established, emerging and local Irish street artists and muralists to transform Killorglin’s town walls into an open air gallery, continuing to make Killorglin the essential cultural attraction on the Ring of Kerry and to make K-FEST a fixture on the national arts calendar.

Electrical Box Murals

Along with our large-scale murals spread across the walls of Killorglin’s downtown businesses and domestic homes, in 2017, K-FEST began commissioning small-scale murals on our electrical boxes throughout town.

If you have a wall you’d like to donate or a mural you’d like to commission for your business, contact us at submissions@kfest.ie.
