Ainle O’Cairealláin managing director of Cork-based gym ACLAÍ, discusses the opening of a community gym in The Aida Refugee Camp in The West Bank in Palestine by virtue of Irish-Palestinian solidarity. This will be in conjunction with Sally MacMonagle’s photographic exhibition. The talk will reveal the many turns the project has taken since beginning in 2018 & will give an insight into the daily lives of Palestinians living under the increasingly restrictive Israeli occupation.
