Alicia Olaniran is a nineteen years old singer from Cork. Her style of singing is a mixture of genres – although trained classically Alicia steers towards soul and jazz. Since finishing secondary school she has been pursuing music more seriously – participating in the soul festival last summer and Jazz festival last autumn as well as other appearances around Cork. Alicia is delighted to be doing the K Fest again this year. Last year’s gig was her first one and was so special. Returning with more experience this time and with the outstanding pianist Santa Ignace and a couple of new musicians joining her, this is bound to be an amazing show.
